Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales on Apparel Atlas are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or colour preference. Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. If you need help choosing a size, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 96503 96414 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video if available. After verifying the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
